Basic information about GRP Liquidations:
Grp Liquidations started in 2020. We started this business in our garage. In 3 short years we have grown into a business that generates over 10 million dollars in revenue annually. We are passionate about teaching others how to do this and bringing hope to those trying to figure out how to be successful in the reselling industry!!
We are Passionate about giving back to our local community and helping those in need. Monthly we give to local nonprofits, and families in need!

We are a liquidation company. We offer products from all the big box stores you already know and love. We offer these products in a variety of ways on lots of different platforms. We offer Truckloads, Pallets, Single items, coaching and so much more.

Our Return Policy
Item must be broken or not working and returned within 48 hours. If we are closed within those 48 hours, you must send us a message. We will try to exchange for exact or like item whenever possible. Missing hardware does not count. Excludes pallets, mystery items, or items within mystery boxes/packages, bins and otherwise noted items.

Cash is best. All electronic payments have an extra 3% fee

Shipping & Local Pickup
Shipping: Most items are available for shipping, including auctions. You can easily choose shipping on our website. If you are bidding or claiming on our Facebook groups, you will need to comment “Sold and SHIP”. We will reach out to you for payment by posting a link for you to pay online. Shipping costs are between $6 and $50 depending on the weight and size of the package. Please consider this before commenting sold/ship.
Pallet Shipping: Shipping small numbers of pallets can be expensive. It can significantly limit potential profits. We suggest a minimum of 6 pallets to make sipping worth it. We are happy to explain in depth. We offer multiple options for ¼, ½ and full truckloads to be shipped to you. Get a Freight Quote.
Local Pickup: To claim something you need to be the first to comment “Sold and the day you plan to pick up”. You will need to pick up within 48 business hours from the time the item was posted. Please include the day you’re picking up @ The Retail Spot within 15 minutes of commenting sold. If you do not, we will need to move to the next person who comments. If you need to pick up beyond 48hrs, you will need to prepay by a link we then provide.
CANDA and Overseas: We do not ship to Canada, or overseas!

Do you offer truckloads for sale?
We do! We offer a wide variety of options. We have some standard options based on availability. ALL loads we offer we have had HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH! We only recommend loads we have found both Quality and consistency with!
Website Orders
Once you pay for an item, we work hard to have it shipped to you within 3 business days. Our mail carrier only picks up a maximum number of packages per day, and especially close to the weekend, we sometimes have orders they cannot pick up. We are working at getting this improved!
A message will be sent with the tracking number once it has been packed and ready to ship.
